Must provide verifiable income exceeding 3X monthly rent. Must consent to full background and credit check. Felony convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any crimes against children, regardless of timeframe, are an immediate disqualification.
Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due at the time of lease signing.
Maintenance requests need to be submitted in writing via the portal or emailed to info@hmpropllc.com. If there is an emergency, call 219-508-0174.
It really depends on maintenance availability and the severity of the issue. A faulty furnace in the winter would get immediate attention whereas a non-emergency request is typically addressed in 24-48 hours.
